The black flag, ar-Raya, is the flag of Jihad, to be carried into battle. The white flag, al-Liwaa, signifies that the land has been conquered by and for Islam, and that the “infidels” have been subjugated.

The white al-Liwaa seems to be in majority.
Well, I am not surprised.
What is worse, they did not even have to fight for it.
